Hailing from Milan this high energy 7 piece band lay down an awesome dance groove. With a repertoire that stretches from Classic Swing, Boogie Woogie and Jumpin’ Jive through to the Rhythm and Blues.
Under the leadership of Sugar Daddy, the band leads to the audience the same energy and impact typical of the american scene of 40's and 50's with a fascinating and engaging show.
The band participated to international music festivals around Europe such as Summer Jamboree (Ita), Rock that Swing (Ger), Hep Cats Holyday (UK), Vintage Roots Festival (Ita), Big Rhythm Rumble (Ger), Dolce Vita Vintage Festival (Cro), Outono Festival (Esp), Purple Weekend (Esp), Moondogs Festival (Ita), Twist and Shout (Ita). SD & CK has also played in a wide range of events for important names like Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, Vanity Fair Italy, Antonio Marras and Milano Expo.
In 2016 SD & CK released their last LP named “Thirteen Days” recorded at “Lightning Recorders Studio” in Berlin.
