The Blue Ribbon Four was formed in December 2009 and since then they have established themselves as an authentic piano Rockabilly band.
They started in and around their hometown Wiesbaden, Germany, changing musicians and playing gigs in pubs and small clubs. 
As of May 2010 they started performing as a quartet on a permanent basis, today consisting of frontman, vocalist and piano pounder Rockin' Piano Sam, 

double bass player Mr. Iggy, drummer Matt Stix and guitarist Mr. Max.

“We’re gonna rock you  ….  and that’s for sure” - a promise delivered as the raw and authentic piano-breakin’ and sweat-pourin’ boogie beat will put a stompin' in your heels and a shakin' in your shoes.

For three years The Blue Ribbon Four unleashed their untamed fury on stages across Germany until 2013 marked the release of their debut album ’Honky Tonk Boogie’.  The album was recorded at Lightning Recorders in Berlin and has been released on 10” vinyl and on CD at Part Records in January 2014.
